A notice to all of our valued customers:

Like you, we have been watching the spread of COVID-19 across our province. It has become apparent that we must join the wave of companies that are adjusting their daily operations in order to help slow the spread. Our sales representatives, warehouse staff, and installers are in customer`s homes on a regular basis, which puts them in a vulnerable position. Therefore, effective immediately, we are suspending all in home measures and will not be booking new installations. Further, after 5pm on Friday, March 20th, we will be closing our showroom doors to the general public.

We know that these are drastic steps and, after 30 years of continuous service, we do not take this decision lightly. However, it is our commitment to re-open the showroom as soon as it appears responsible to do so.

We will be contacting our current retail customers to attempt to re-schedule any non-essential installations. These customers will be at the top of the list for installation once we are back to normal operations. We truly appreciate the patience of all of our customers at this time, and understand the frustration our decision may cause.

We will have staff working in the store, and available to take calls to help you. Please use the 604-858-8117 number. If you have the cell phone number of the salesperson you are working with, you are also welcome to call that number. We will be scheduling appointments in the store for existing customers, which can be arranged through your salesperson. If you do not have their cell phone number, just call the store and it will be provided to you. If you need to make a payment please call the store and we will make arrangements.

We appreciate all of our customers and hope that this decision does not cause any hardship.
