Return & Warranty Policy

You should retain the Sales Order as a permanent record. In the event of a future claim, a copy of the Sales Order will be required to document proof of purchase and any related warranties. ALL orders must be paid in full, at the time of purchase.

Returns and Refunds: 

Special order merchandise -  (including ceramic tile) is ordered and cut to your specifications, therefore cancellations or returns can only be accepted within 30 days of order with original receipt and will be subject to a 50% restocking charge plus shipping. NO RETURNS on trims or opened, cut or custom made merchandise, underlay & cushion or damaged packages. NO RETURNS on 4 boxes or less of special order material.***RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED MON – FRI***

IN-STOCK PRODUCTS purchased from store stock and returned within 30 days after purchase will receive a full refund, minus 25% restocking fees, if it is unused, uncut, and undamaged. NO RETURNS on remnants, clearance products, roll ends, area rugs, mainenance supplies and merchandise marked “as is” or “final sale”. These are sold without warranty, and may not be returned for any reason, unless specifically authorized IN WRITING by the store manager at the time of purchase.

Form of Refund:  You must present the original receipt to receive a credit or refund. If original payment was made by credit card, our credit-card agreements require that all credits and refunds must be issued TO THE SAME CARD. Cash or check transactions in excess of $75 will be refunded via a corporate check. Please allow 14 business days for processing. If original payment to Oshawa Carpet One was by check, refunds will be issued after a 14 business day waiting period to allow original check to clear. Amounts past due are subject to a late charge of up to 1.5% per month (18% per annum), subject to limits imposed laws.

Warranty Policy – No warranty on products purchased online. Manufacturer limited warranty only on products not installed by Oshawa Carpet One Floor & Home. Full material and labour warranty only offered on professionally installed floors by Oshawa Carpet One Floor & Home. *For warranty details for a specific product, please see product detail page or contact store.
